Nature lovers, birdwatchers, foodies, photographers, experience seekers – this is a cruise not to be missed.

Take the ‘sea-nic’ route and join us on our charming 4.5 hour River and Rainforest cruise. This tour navigates the waterways from Tweed Heads to the historic river village of Tumbulgum aboard the classic timber river ferry – ‘The Golden Swan’. This unforgettable journey will immerse you in nature and ensure you leave behind the stresses of city life and daily grind.

With the skyline highlighted by an ancient volcano – Mt Warning, taste the freshest Tweed produce whilst taking in the ever changing views. The captain provides a commentary where guests learn about the regions history and world class eco system that forms part of UNESCO World Heritage Gondwana Rainforest. Keep an eye out for dolphins as you cruise through small villages, sugar cane fields and sub-tropical rainforest. The abundant bird life of the region is showcased at Stott’s Island as we feed the souring birds of prey including eagles, kytes and many others.

Stopover at the quaint village of Tumbulgum and take a leisurely stroll through the art galleries, quirky cafes and historical hotel.

After your village stopover, re-embark to a freshly prepared lunch of fresh seafood, produce and salads. Enjoy a sumptuous fresh seafood or BBQ lunch with all produce sourced from local trawlers, fisherman and neighbouring farms. Enjoy a glass of beer or wine, or the famous Ink gin produced right here on the Tweed River. Finish your meal off with a complimentary cheese board as your cruise meanders back up the Tweed River.
