Renown to be one of the sweetest crabs the Tweed River Mud crab is a specialty of the region, accompanying our mud crab will be prawns and oysters and produce from the farmers to highlight the offering we have in the Tweed. Conversation with one of our families lead fishermen will be on board to narrate how they catch the mud crabs and fish from the Tweed, so your story of food will be complete with the adventure and conversation of pot to plate dining!
Our bar will have available, local cocktails made from local brewers and distillers, from our region to refresh pallet between courses!
